Heya! I'm a pretty casual player returning to Sylestia after a break. Drawing up some stuff up for everyone sounds like a good way to get back into things, so here goes nothing! Here's a quick doodle of my old avatar as a reference pic:
(Sorry for the poor camera quality, also those hands would not agree with me at all ;b;)
I'm willing to draw anything you want, as long as it is not NSFW! The more details you give me, the better. I'll try to finish any drawings as soon as possible, but I'll definitely be able to finish the most on weekends. Any suggestions, critiques, and tips are welcome!
EDIT: Redrew the reference pic with cleaned up lines and fixed a few errors. Thanks for the help Royal!
EDIT #2: Include the pose/setting you would like your character in, if any! It helps me a ton.

Love your art and may order someday ^ ^ But I suggest you work on anatomy :) (I hate anatomy so much and I've been practicing forever!) I'm not sure if you're going for realistic proportions or the game's proportions but if you're going by real proportions then the hands have to be around the same size as the head (put your hand open on your face, it's around the same length!). I'd also suggest making the elbows less pointy on more round. And one last thing that's optional is going back and outlining with an ink pen or something to have a better outline, just something I like to do for my traditional art to make it nice and clean. Just some tips > < hope this helps!

Thank you so much for taking the time to put in such a detailed response! This style is actually something I was experimenting with, because I tend to draw very realistically and don't really have a style of my own. I wish I took the time to make it more fleshed out, but I think the pointy elbows are a result of me rushing x_x I think the problem is partially with the tiny hands, however I think I just drew her head super big on her body... Here's an example of something I drew in my normal style of my sister:
(Again, I apologize for poor camera quality)
Thank you so much for the insight! I think I'm ready to do a redraw based on what you told me, so we'll see how it goes.

WOAH that's really good! I love the attention to detail and the shading used in that piece. My style is more of a realistic anime so I'm not the best at realism XD (or shading lol)
You're really good at drawing faces! The head is a little big compared to the body on your avatar drawing but it's fine because sometimes for a more 2D style, the heads are bigger :P
Just wondering, are you considering starting digital art anytime soon? (btw your camera quality isn't bad but if you want really good quality just take the picture near a window with natural sunlight)
Examples of my art :P
^ WIP, my first two character drawing and oof it came out with some bad anatomy but I'll just keep practicing XD

Your art is super awesome! I always admire people who can draw digitally, and I love your characters. I have considered doing digital, but there's a few reasons why I haven't really taken it up yet. My older sister does a lot of digital/anime, so for a while I steered far away from that so we wouldn't compete. I also don't have an art tablet, and I don't have the patience to use a mouse, so I'll have to wait until I can order one.
Edit: Removed link to her deviantart

Sure! He is a very handsome boy :) I will get him done sometime today, although I am going out soon.
Edit: Is there a specific pose/scene you would like him in?

Okay! I guess you can draw him in any pose, though I usually imagine him dignified. But you can do whatever pose or scene, it's fine. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

Looks like art runs through the family! Honestly, art doesn't have to be a competition with siblings XD just do what you desire! Plus you can do digital art collabs with your sister! I have a sister who loves to draw traditional and we are pretty chill about art cause we draw diff things, I draw dragons, wolves and all that crazy stuff while she does more realistic art.
Anyways back to digital art, if you don't have a drawing tablet that's fine! Just get a pen tablet like a wacom one (wat I use) for $75 or a cheaper brand(just search them up on amazon) for only $30! You can ask for one on your bday or christmas(wat i did). Since you don't have a pen tablet then I suggest you use a touchscreen computer so u can use your finger to draw or use a stylus with an ipad or iphone.
XD hope you try out digital bc it's like an endless canvas! (and thx for the comments on my art ^ ^ )

Is this to your liking? I am more than happy to change anything you don't like. The wings were giving me a lot of trouble, and I took a few risks and liberties on it, so I understand if you want any changes.
