"Well that was highly suspicious." I say out loud to anyone in my vicinity. I walk over to a chair and plop down startling Checkmate my owl. "Sorry Check didn't mean to scare you." I apologize as he gives me a scrutinizing glare. I sigh and pull out a book about dragons and start to read wishing I had any Inheritance Cycle books.

Emerie went up to the slytherin dorm to find it full of people. She huffed and went to go grab her book and her cat Cooper, then came back to the common room and plopped herself down in a giant arm chair.

Emerie soon found her book rather boring. She looked over at the nearest chair to find an older looking boy with an owl reading a book as well. She looked at he title, "Huh, a dragon book." She mumbled to herself. She leaned over to see what he was reading at the moment. Cooper yowled in protest making Emerie gasp with surprise and fall over. "Cooper!" Emerie hissed, "You are so dead!"
