The last 3 or 4 days the site has been loading really slow for me on nearly every page, far slower than normal. I have chrome, and firefox, tried with both, equally slow on both. I've got used to things being a bit slow at busy times, but in last few days it's got alot worse. When exploring or battling, I can sometimes sit and watch the images crawl slowly down the page as they load, sometimes the background loads, and then I have to wait several seconds for enemies to load. Sometimes, I wait 20 or 30 seconds or more for a page to load. Is this a known issue?
I really enjoy this game, but the slow loading recently is getting a little frustrating. Things like using the generators is so slow, and I'm just waiting to do things I want in hopes it'll run faster soon. Sorry if I sound like I'm complaining, but I'm just wondering is there anything I can do on my end? Like maybe update flash or something? Not sure what the site uses? Or is it the slowness something you're aware of and working on?

@Sylvadragon,
I don't think this is a site wide issue atm. This is the first time I've heard a complaint about it and for me personally, it's been loading perfectly fine.
However, a week or two ago I did have a similar issue. Basically, every image on the Site was incredibly slow to load - not pages, not requests, just images. From your description, it sounds similar. I worked closely with our Host and ultimately was told that the issue was with my ISP (Comcast), and had nothing to do with our Server or Cloudflare. The issue then resolved itself after a day or two.
Run "cmd" into the command prompt to bring up the dos window. Then type "tracert www.sylestia.com > c:\tracert_01.txt".
The last part of that will put the results into a text file under your C drive. You can alter the location to where you wish. Once you do that, open up the text file and copy/paste the results here. Preferably, you should do the tracert when you're experiencing slow load times.

@Edibbs,
Can you run the tracert as I posted in my post above?

@Krinadon, No I tried it before I posted. It says "Access Denied" when I try. The site usually isn't a problem for me, though. Its just been laggy recently. Its not just images with me though. Whole pages lag sometimes.. I might try clearing my browser history and cache to see if that helps any.

Then can you just run "tracert www.sylestia.com" and take a screenshot of the results.

Things are running a little faster for me now, still slightly slow but not unbearably so. Here are the results from the thingy you asked me to do. if it gets really slow again, I'll post another set, and thanks for trying to help.
Tracing route to sylestia.com [141.101.126.110]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

9 146 ms 144 ms 139 ms 141.101.126.110
oh, and my firewall blocked it at first, and I had to give it permission. don't know if that caused the timed out thing.
Trace complete.

@Krinadon, that's the part that gave me an access denied. My cmd wouldn't let me run it, but its ok. Clearing my cache actually helped me. LOL (Tested the generators loading speed to be sure.)
I forgot about pinging:

@Sylvadragon,
Hm. The last one (Cloudflare's IP) is really slow. I'll open a ticket with Cloudflare and see if they can help.

@Krinadon, okay thanks. I hope they can help. I've tried clearing cookies, and cache multiple times recently.
