I was wondering if anyone could explain Jinxie's Jamboree to me. Like how do the tiers work? Any help is appreciated.

The only tiers you'll be able to access are 5 and 10. The only difference is that with 10 you pay double the price but you receive double the reward.

It says I haven't unlocked tier 10.
Do you know how I can unlock it?

Ah, it's been so long. I want to say you get 10 when you reach Astyl's Vale but I could be wrong. Either way you get it eventually by continuing the quest line.
