As I wander about the grove, I am finding a lot of items that I no longer need. I was wondering if we could have a system to allow us to trade items for others of the same rarity? Like for example, right now I need 4 purple rarity items to finish the Blacksmith. I also have 5 extra of another purple rarity item. I would like to be able to trade 4 of those extras for the 4 I actually need.

ETA: To clarify, I am not talking about trading with other players. Only about trading what I myself have already found.

Tbh, I won't mind even if I need to trade 5 purple items for 1 other purple items. Atm, I have so many purple items that I never use (like pure lunar water, heavy ent branch, etc) from killing bosses and nameds. Right now I only need 1 ferriki orb and 4 glowing crystals (and a ton amount of enigmatic crystals for upgrading my gears) to get all buildings.

5 seems a lot since they're all the same amount of time and effort to earn. Certainly it would be better than nothing! But I think even trades or maybe a 2:1 deal would be plenty. I'd want to be able to trade among the Blue level items and whatever else there are too. Perhaps a trade up option of 5-10:1 from say green to blue and/or blue to purple?

Some purple items are much rarer than other purple items so I think 5:1 is somewhat fair. For example, I only have 2 ferrikki orbs atm but I have 88 battle trinkets even though both of them are purple items. Trading options for lower rarity items to higher rarity items would be a nice addition as well.

Yes. YES! I have a ton of purple items i don't exactly need but am in need of many, many spritely branches
