Ok so this will be an on going thing.
No rules or barriers from entry
tickets are free and you can chose which pet you want your ticket on
1 ticket per round per person
no rudeness, begging, ect or you will not be able to participate in any rounds at all.
Puffadores aren't fabled but will be included from time to time
second post will contain info on pets and raffle times

2nd raffle will be held on Oct. 25th at or around 3pm sylestia time. This means no more names will be taken after 3pm but the draw might not be till later
