I've noticed an item that has been on non cod trade for months disappear, or not difficult to find (which currently, i cant find it)
do non cod trades disappear if not accepted in a period of time?

Items sent to you by other players and not accepted will be returned to the sender with the exception of items that have been sent by the system(Sylestia Admin). I think after 30 or so days?
Sylestia Admin sent items just chill there until you accept them that I can tell.
