I have been working on a book for about three years now. Technically, I have three going at the same time, but I'm in the early stages of writing the first fifteen chapters of this book. I put a lot of time and effort into diving into each world and universe's life experience. I build up every ecosystem, design every species, and I am very particular about each character I bring to life.

That being said, I have several supporting characters that play vital roles in the story at times that need given names. They have JSD IDs (No I'm not going to explain what that means. It's specific to the story). These characters also need given names. Some have locked in names already. Others don't.

I got to thinking the other night that I might open up the naming process to all of you. I'm not asking for your help for free. I will be grinding scales and handing out prizes to those who provide names that I can use in my book. :3 When I finish my book, I'll be keeping a list of Slyestia usernames of those that helped. I intend to add a shout out to those who helped give these characters their start in the book.

What Scale Items will I be providing?
I believe that each name is worth either a Lesser Pet Dye or a Null Philter. If you prefer two of the 500 scale philters instead, just let me know which ones. I will be contacting winners through private mail as well as in the forum thread.

What are the naming rules for this contest?
1. No profane names. They have to be reasonable names that are PG Rated.
2. No arbitrary object or direction names. I don't consider North or South a good name for these specific characters. Names such as Sock, Blanket, Cheese, or Tablet aren't acceptable either.
3. Names need to reflect the character's gender. Names that cover both genders are fine as long as they aren't too far one way or another. Casey is a perfect example of an acceptable one.
4. You are allowed to suggest one name per character per character list. It's only fair that many individuals get a chance to think of a name too.

I will be checking this thread daily. The following posts in this thread will be the information you need in order to participate. Simply fill in each name in each of the following posts. You can organize them in images or just list them in multiple forum posts. You DO NEED TO INCLUDE the character's JSD IDs in your lists and images for each name. Otherwise, I won't know which character the name is for.

All of my JSC characters have names. They won't be up for this contest, but I would like you to see the names that have been used already.

I had only filled in a couple of names on the JSN character list.

No Names have been chosen for the JSF character list.

No names have been chosen in the JSA character List.

No character names have been chosen in the JSP list.

A Special Note for the contest: Notice the Red Highlighted Spaces in each list. A secret prize awaits three individuals. Winners will receive word, when they have chosen an appropriate name for those support characters. They are the closest individuals to the main character in my book. I will announce the winners of the secret prizes on the thread too. However, it will be up to the players that win on whether THEY share what they won.

Another Needed Note: Each of the support characters have different job types in the book world. I'm going to post their general job type and their JSD Job type code. This might help you decide where you want to place your suggestions. You MUST submit the names to specific character list slots. AND you CAN fill in every slot in each character list that isn't already filled up. This means you have a lot of opportunities to win a prize.

Assistant - JSA
Provisioner - JSP
