When searching through pets, we have the option to specify what breed, gender, even color of Sylesti we're looking for. And once upon a time, as many may recall, we were also allowed to specify whether we were looking for sylesties with certain genes or mutations. (So, say I wanted to look up all pet sylvorpas with lionfish markings. I could select sylvorpa, then select something along the lines of "gene two visible" in my search terms.)
This was incredibly useful, especially if you were looking to breed pets, or were interested in buying a pet with a specific kind of marking. You didn't have to sift through 15 pages of pets before you found one with the gene you were interested in - assuming you found one at all. Why don't we have that option any longer? It would be nice to have that option back again!

The current search feature is a giant MESS. It's awful.
The mutation/gene search feature was not working properly and was exploitable - so I removed it.
Look for this (and a thousand other improvements) to happen when I revamp the search page.

That is the one thing I want most as coming update! There are now so many pets that you do not even see all of them when searching. Finding good breeding partners would be so much easier and less time-consuming with such an update.
I too am looking forward to it~!
