Hello! So I was wondering how to rank up your battle moves? Like, how to get bolt rank 2 instead of 1. Theres this bar with a 0% in it leading up to the rank 2 move, is there any way to get the percent higher?

You can only level them up inside the Lost Grove, which you can only access once you finish the plotline in Astryl's Tranquility (and I'm pretty sure? the pet has to be lv60+? not sure on that)
