I don't believe that an official date was released, and even if it were, it would probably be more of an estimate than a guarantee. However, in the recent Mother's Day Updates, Krinadon said that they are "still working on the Lupora Revamps and Spring Festival preparations - so those are coming very shorty as well", and to "[s]tay tuned for more updates for those as they are available".
