Okay, so I know it's better to have your equipment match your level when doing the dynamic fighting events. Does it also hold true for when you are following the storyling/quests?

I'm just wondering if say, using a relic that's the same level as your pet, but with no bonuses is better than using a lower leveled relic with bonuses.

I'm not really sure so if anyone can enlighten me, it'd be much appreciated.

As a personal opinion, the one that gives you the best bonus is best. If a lvl 35 item has stats slightly higher then a level 25 item, but the level 25 items has the orange stats or physical/magical damage that the 35 is lacking, I would stick with the 25.

As I said though, personal opinion.
