@Falconcry, I don't think that you can trade genetic scanners... Well, not the ones that you can use over and over, if that's the kind that you're looking for.

There are standard ones that are tradable (given from event baskets), but those are few and far between. x:
Like, super few. Like less than 100 in existence I'd think. xD;
The best way to get scans are via those with exceptional test kits (which means the pets have to be captured). :c at least until there's an NPC that sells them in the near future.
