for a d&d campaign I need 120 random, not incredibly powerful spells, just minor things like temporary invisibility, changing the skin color of a target.

Do these have to be from the handbook or anything? Here are a few ideas:
-A tranquilizer spell (makes the target fall asleep for a short period of time)
-An illusion spell that makes a certain animal appear for a few seconds as a distraction or display
-A spell that can turn random objects a different color for a set period of time
-Writing/ Dictation spell
-A spell that can make flowers bloom
-A spell that can make the target notice something without prompting
-A light spell (kind of like lumos from Harry Potter, except on one's finger or a selected object)
-Spells that can make somebody start laughing/ change their mood
-Navigation spells that tell the user basic information about the terrain around them (for in the dark, etc)
-Bird's eye spells that allow the user to see the area from a bird's eye view
Just a few that some friends and I used during part of a roleplaying campaign. Hope they help!

They don't have to be from the handbook, just gotta be interesting and random spells!
I'll be sure to use some of those ideas!

Have you ever read the Xanth book series by Piers Anthony? All of the characters have magic Talents that sound like the sort of thing you're looking for. There are magician caliber Talents that are more powerful, like speaking to inanimate objects, making plants grow, or turning a living thing into a different living thing (tree into a dog, for example). But then there are less significant "spot on the wall" Talents, where one is literally to cause a spot to appear on a wall. No two people have exactly the same talent. It might be worth it to look up a list of minor characters to get inspiration from their Talents.
Ones I can think of off the top of my head are:
- changing your hair colour
- changing someone else's hair colour
- summoning animals to pet
- animate the inanimate
- enhanced hearing
- seeing ten seconds into the future with left eye
- turn things transparent
There are loads and loads though. Hopefully that helps!
