yea im not sure whats going on, but i do know that its just this website and whenever i move around the boxs move too... idk how to explain and it wont let me take pics. they disappear and reappear at random. Ive logged out and back in, cleared cookies, and ect. Never happened until today....

Are either of you using any addons that would be tampering with the page? Such as a pop up blocker or anything like that.
If so, do the boxes appear when all of those addons are disabled?

What triggers the boxes? Are they there when you load the page? Do they pop up only after taking a certain action?
Which pages does this happen on?
Any additional information that you can provide will help.

It happens on every page i go on, mine usually last a few mins then they are gone for a little while (no longer than 2 min. When i log on for the first time of the day i find i have about 30 min of normal playtime before they appear. Another thing is i have 2 computers ones a desktop and the other a laptop. The boxes only appear on my desktop, though i dont have any pop up blockers on either, just an ad blocker on my desktop, ill try removing that next time im on my desktop and see if that helps. The boxes move around every time i move my mouse, scroll the screen, change pages, click anything, pretty much ever action i do.

I dont know what triggers them but when I move my mouse and scroll up or down, they suddenly appears on my screen. I was using my computer when the black boxes appears. They didnt appear when I use my IPad.

Which browsers are you two using?
And next time this happens, can you try right-clicking on the black box itself and then selecting "Inspect Element" and take a screenshot of the code that pops up? It would look something like this:
