I noticed that some adult pets had (648) in italics behind the word adult. whats that?

this is their Maturity- it's related to how old a pet is, but not quite the same.
This is the thing that tells the system is a pet is Egg/Hatchling/Adolescent/Adult, and the number that alters when you use a Magical Pie on a pet.
Example:
Pets 3854204 and 3854205
Who are the same age time-wise (Age: 21 Days) but different Maturity timers (Maturity: Adult (648) for 204 and Maturity: Adolescent (518) for 205) because we used a Pie on 204
648 is Adult, and the point it stops counting, but for hatchling through to the 648 point it acts like the ?/72 timer on egglings to show you what point they're at.
(Eggling > hatchling is maturity=73, hatchling >adolecent is maturity=216)

I expect it only shows up is a pet's been genetically tested
