When I encountered it, it was a blank space. I tried to fight and nothing showed up, so i refreshed the screen, nothing showed so i attempted to run and it said what i posted above

Yea. This has been a minor issue for awhile:

Still don't know what causes it and haven't had an opportunity to investigate.
