So my hatchling says it's seven days old but it's still not an adolescent. When I checked the image url to check his maturity it said maturity=73. So I was wondering if you have to be online for them to age past the egg stage.

Just copy/pasting this from bossman, Krin.

0-72 (0-3 Days) = Eggling
73-215 (3-9 Days) = Hatchling
216-647 (9-27 Days) = Adolescent
648 (27+ Days) = Adult

He also wrote, Only tested or generated pets will show the correct value.
