So yesterday right about the time Krin announced the existence of nest spawn messages, I got a message saying "Dusk in the Twilight has scented something in the West!" (or something to that effect)

I looked around the whole map in my excitement, didn't find anything, so I thought maybe I had to wait my nodes timer to respawn.

I came online this morning to still not find a nest anywhere in sight, I'm wondering what has happened here?

There was a brief period of time where the message would trigger to anyone entering the zone - regardless of whether or not a Nest had spawned.

I believe they all would have indicated "West" from right near the zone in which leads to nowhere as you can't go West from that point.

The erroneous messages should be fixed and I do apologize for the mishap.

Sorry to bump it up but I noticed something else funny about the nests (not really a priority I suppose but I thought I might bring it up anyway)

I actually encountered a nest this time, and it specified South-East, and as I was making my way there, about 2 battles later I got another nest message pointing me north. There was fortunately one South-East but (fairly obviously, unless my luck was through the roof) nothing up north.

The nest message wouldn't trigger after a battle. It's only parsed after opening nodes.

Although... by chance, were you near the entrance portal? Like, coordinate (6,3)?

I think I was slightly east of where you find the Ents (near where Dorian? and the barrier is).

I don't remember if it was specifically after a battle, I just noticed two sets of purple writing though.

Looks like basically you just triggered a second Nest spawn, but it won't spawn an actual second Nest if one is already up. However, I didn't have the message tucked into the same if statement so the message produced anyway.

I went ahead and tucked the message in so it should no longer give an erroneous message anymore.
