I paid a total of 15 dollars on diamonds, and I only got the 5 dollar half. I also got 10 dollars worth, but I didn't receive the 10 dollar half! :(
Also I have no idea where this goes... This is the right topic to post this on, right?

Sometimes PayPal can take 30-60 minutes to process a payment and send the IPN to our server. I have no idea why and there unfortunately isn't anything we can do to speed that up.
