The double exp should still last until the end of today, and when I checked with other players they were still getting 3-4k exp per enemy in Astryl's Tranquility/Sweet Blossom Orchard even at level 61+. It also seems to work for me in the Forsaken Dungeon, but when I'm in Ethernia (not lost grove) I'm only getting 2-2.5k exp per enemy, which is what I would normally get without the exp bonus.
Is this a known issue?

It looks like this was in Sweet Blossom Orchard.
Experience earned is reduced the higher the level difference between the pet and the mob defeated. So as you gain levels, experience earned from fighting the same enemies will decrease.
