As it turns out, in this world, gods and goddesses are created through belief, and gain power through worship. As temples are built for homes, gods are manifesting into existence, and gaining their powers. Some of them create their own demi-deities, who need

Can I save the deity of stars and shadows, if I'm allowed two... If not just shadows

Sure, you can save both, though shadow might be more of a demi-deity of darkness sort of thing, and stars could be galaxies or space

Okay, then can I have darkness instead of shadow so it can be a full deity and then Star will be a demi deity?
