anyone know where in the forum u would make threads at if u wanted to trade for diamonds but needed to get the word out that u needed them????

It doesn't seem like there's a specific forum for that. However, you could check the Currency Exchange (Trade => Currency Exchange) and make an offer for however many diamonds you need.
