I am not sure if this is happening to anyone else when they are breeding their own sylesties together, but I figured to ask everyone to see if this is normal or not.

When I breed my griffi(s) together, and I know I selected male offspring I still got a female offspring. True the desired out come is only a possibility of what you can get, I do get that...But is it normal no matter which gender you pick to get only female sylesties?

How many females in a row have you gotten? I know it's possible to get many in a row by chance, although admittedly chances are against it. The random number generator is just that, random.

Thank you so much for help.

At this point it has been at least 4 in a row so far. All four times I selected male, to have it hatch female.

Except for certain themed fest pets, you can't select the gender beforehand. When you look at the possibilities for the egg in the breeding ground, selecting one gender or the other only shows you what the random number generator predicts the offspring might look like in the selected gender. You're not selecting anything. The gender of the pet in the egg is selected only by the RNG.

Oh and also there is a gender swap philter if you can afford it, that will change the hatchlings' gender. You can find them on the broker and in the diamond shop.
