It says experience orbs can only be used on pets at or below level 60.
With the current level cap my pets are at level 60 even though they have over the amount of xp needed. Would they count as a pet "at level 60?"
If so, when the MegaZone releases will I no longer be able to use them on those pets? Should I use them now? Will extra experience count for anything?
I just don't want to use them and then lose them because they didn't qualify.

I don't know if they will be usable over level 60 later, tho I'm sure we will find out soon.

I must warn you tho, that It is official, that
any excess experience of level 60 pets will be erased.
I mean, they will stay at level 60 but any progress towards higher levels will be reset.

It is to ensure that all players have an even start once the MegaZone is released.
(Many players, like me, have level 60 pets with so much excess experience that they would probably insta fly to higher levels without even doing something if their progress wasn't reset)

So no point in pushing to have extra experience on lvl 60 pets. :)

Asked krin earlier on this topic, I believe he said it would work to get from level 60 to 61. However, I may have misunderstood the conversation. However, as TheCrowLady said, excess XP on lv. 60s will be removed, so you wouldn't want to use it on your current lv. 60s even if I were wrong.
