Does nurturing eggs and hatchlings actually help them mature faster, or is it just for scales?

It helps them mature faster too! For every 5 clicks, the egg/hatchling gets older by 1 hour, and each 5 clicks also boosts it's lowest stat~

You know how I get your attention right here when I reply to you? You can do that too by clicking the blue @ button on the bottom right~ It sends the person a notification to let them know you've replied
