Hmm. 25k is my lowest offer, fressences usually arent that cheap.

25k is the price of the regular fressence right now. Based on that, I would offer 17k max for the lune.

Considering you know what youre getting, I think that 25k is a decent price. Theres no chance you dont get something you dont want, so 25k is the price Im selling for. :)
