I received 3 lv 60 exp orbs from the advent calendar, since then I have gotten 2 more orbs. Normally the 2 extra orbs would have made their own stack separate from the non tradable ones obtained from the advent calendar.
I dont level pets too often so I usually sell my exp orbs on the broker, but because of this they just keep piling up in a stack of non tradable items.
Oddly it seems this issue is recent seeing as some items I obtained earlier in the fest formed separate stacks.

Yea... there isn't anything I can really easily do about this.
Items awarded via exploring are all over the place and would require all changes from all points of acquisition to work w/ the no trade stuff.
I'm sorry. =\
You can opt to just use the no trade orbs now and get rid of them or just accept that you'll have x amount of orbs to use for yourself in a couple of weeks when the level cap is raised.

Thats understandable, I think Ill just hold onto them for when the megazone releases.
