I just got back from the dentist to get a filling. And i noe remebmer why I hate the dentist. The whole time, I wanted to ask what they thought they were doing to my tooth, but I couldn't because of this rubber bit that held my mouth open and this plastic sheet clamped to my lower jaw. I got stabbed with anistetic twice, right after told the "it will only pinch a little" lie. Do they forget that they're the one giving the shot?! And im just sitting there, mouth full of junk and unable to do anything as they work on a tooth that doesn't even have a cavity, just a, and I quote, "Sticky spot". Then they give me a hard time about biting down on this little black piece of plastic, as if I wasn't already stressed out enough.

Now im home, the entire right side of my face numb like it will be for the next several hours. And this picture acurately describes how I feel right now:

Omg........ I remember having to get a root canal done and while they were doing it.... Knowing I couldn't close my mouth cause the needles they talked about a man who had drove those needles into his tooth when he had went to the restroom and came out with blood on his mouth and I was like.... WHY THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THAT?!!?? ARE YOU TRYING TO SCARE ME TO DEATH?!?!?!?! But yet I couldn't speak and I was like in terror in my mind!

Yet the first time when they tried to put the stuff in like the plastic sheet and metal contraption to isolate the tooth the piece to secure it went flying XD It sucked though cause when I had to get it finished after a while I was left with my mouth open for soooo long.... My jaw ached so baaad. I had to use a block to hold my mouth open. I never liked the dentist yet I never really had to go

People will do that, and it annoys me to no end. Sic semper tyrranis.

It's just like..... How do you think I feel when you say that?!?!? Cause that scares me like crazy! Also hate when I have to get blood drawn..... Absolutely hate it!

Blood drawing does suck as much as a filling, but you wanna know what's worse? Flu shots and IVs.

I got the flu shot one year, four days later i'm in the hospital with an IV needle in my arm, throwing up. Like, the flu is a virus, which means its constantly changing its RNA, and nobody really dies of it and you can't really kill it because it isn't alive, so what's the point of a vaccine for a non living thing thats always changing? And to get sick with the flu to the point of going to the hospital because I got a shot that was supposed to prevent the flu? Ugh. Worst night of my life.

I hate shots mainly in general but........ The main reason I have begun to HATE even more taking blood was because I had to get my blood drawn and they couldn't get any but they kept on stabbing me with the darn needle! It was like STOP!

I've memorized which vein they go for. One time, they had a Marine guy hold my arm during the blood drawing... I'm like "this is a little extreme". This is when I was seven (or maybe ten.) so I was freaking out.

I know like I think it's my left arm...?!?! That is easier to get blood from so far but they still couldn't get the blood! They tried both arms.

Same here. Left arm, in the crook of my elbow. Was that doctors office by any chance military? (If so, that would explain a ton.)

No it was like a mental heath office for the reasons of my ADHD. They just wouldn't stop.... I didn't know the doctors at all.
