Hello, new guy here.
my main 3 are in early 20's and ! noticed under Proficiencies, each Ability has stars and a percent for the next version of that abillity. Can Anyone explain how/when i can work on that?

That stuff will be released with the Megazone sometime this month. I believe from what I saw from others the ranks will improve through use.
