So I go to the sanctuary of saerielle and I click the quest board and I get a blank screen. I haven't finished the previous dungeon yet. Do i need to do that to unlock the sanctuary? I also have no areas to explore or fight in.

It's because it's not yet available, do not worry, very soon
it shall be, give it a day, it seem they're opening part of Umbra
