Our school has had a bad bullying issue for most of this years, and its reached its peak this year. Someone transferred out due to this, and even with proof from her houses camera, the people werent punished. The bullies are a group with a bit of a posse, but are never reprocussioned. Theyre using a lot of duragatory terms that I will not say on this site because they ware extremely offensive and inappropriate.

I dont get it.

My school used to be this accepting place with no hierarchy whatsoever, but since we got a new principal and absorbed a conservative, sports driven school, you now have to bully and belittle to be cool. Any advice?

Too bad my elementary school was surrounded by conservative sexist racist wackjobs. Otherwise I could have done that, but I honestly didn't care enough anyway.

I was in an education class and this is the show we watched when we talked about bullying.

Here are some other things:

This one is religious and a little more aimed towards the bully but it's still good.

If it's you being bullied- balance the power
If someone else is being bullied-step in don't be a bystander. It's hard, but it can make a world of difference
If you are the bully or are encouraging the bully in any way- Stop it.

That's all I have. Good luck and stay strong.
