can you breed your starter? if so explain because both are the same type i just cant quiet figure it out

Yes, you can breed your starter with any other sylesti as long as it is not a child of the starter, I believe. Your starter is still an adolescent for now, I think.

Yes you need to wait for it to grow into an adult. It takes about 18 days to go from adolescent to adult I believe.
