I have only bought diamonds once before(the 600 bundle), but when i did, they showed up almost immediately after i got redirected from paypal. This time, i bought a lot more (the 7000 bundle), and after half an hour, they still have not shown up....
EDIT: nevermind, it must take longer for bigger bundles to show up, cause, when i logged in again later, they were there. (without the bonuses though)

Sylestia can only process Diamonds when PayPal finishes processing the payment on their end and then notifies our sever. We don't have any control over that part of the process.
And sometimes PayPal can take 15-30+ minutes to process it on their end for whatever reason.
