The one of the six that you were to replace came forward and placed their hand on your shoulder. You saw a blue light flow out of there hands and your shoulder stringed for a split second. Suddenly they disappeared. You looked at Blue and could tell she was holding back tears. She nodded respectfully at you all. They are gone now. Please, dont try to use your powers yet, that would be painful as you have not yet learned anything of them. I suggest you head back to your rooms and get rest. I will get dinner made for you all. I am the only staff in this building as of right now. The protectors thought it best that I be the only nonprotector who is in the protectors realm while you all are still learning of your powers. She said.

Kyle narrowed his eyes, then nodded, heading back towards his room. He covered his face in shadow with his red hoodie, and entered his room. He laid down on his bed, with a huff. His black hair poked out from under his hoodie, and he rolled over, letting out a sneeze that sounded like a kitten. "Why?" He said aloud, "Why am I chosen?" It was a complete mystery for him. He wasn't special in any way, shape, or form. All he had to give for proof was his parents own words. Wincing he touched his left cheek, where a scar hid. Kyle rolled back over and shoved somethings quickly under his bed: A box of seven matches, a knife, a stuffed bear, and a book. These were the only things he could remember that had to do with his past. Hesitating, he wondered if he should explore. He was never told not to.

"Okay.." Faye said, her shoulder still tingling from Alice's touch. She was curious about her powers, but if Blue said she shouldn't try to use them, she wouldn't. "Where is my room, if you don't mind my asking?"

Same place it was earlier, do you need help finding it again? Blue asked.

Stratening her bedsheets, Kiara pondered what she could do with her powers. I really want to use them, but Blue said I couldn't. Thinking about why she was here, she sat down on the bed and rummaged around for a pen and paper.

"So I can... teleport now?" Kyle said aloud. Blue had said not to, but... Kyle closed his eyes, wondering where he'd want to teleport. Maybe from one side of the room to another? Kyle felt a bit sick suddenly, and opened his eyes, which felt like stone. He'd teleported from his bed to the door, and felt sick. Maybe no more teleporting for a while. Was this what he'd get for not listening to Blue? Darn, karma sucks. Kyle turned to go to his bed, then was standing on it as he teleported once again. "No! Stop!" He cried. He sat down, rubbing his eyes. Teleporting was horrible! Kyle yawned, then fell asleep, falling off his bed, uncontrollably teleporting back onto his bed. Was he stuck teleporting now?! All that was certain, was that he wasn't waking up anytime soon.

Angel just shrugged as he walked back to his room, surprisingly okay with all of this. He wasn't sure why he felt so calm, it was just a natural thing for him. He sat on the bed, laying down on his back awkwardly, unsure of what to do.

Kyle shivered while he was sleeping. Curled in a little ball, his dark red hoodie on, he couldn't even have been cold. But he was curled up in a ball, shaking, shivering, and even tearing up a bit. Dreams... a large dog, a red heeler in fact. He was on a meadow, the dog at his side. But unalike it was usually when he had this same dream, there was someone else next to him. This person hovered like a ghost next to him. But Kyle didn't get a good look before he fell. The ground beneath him collapsed, and he let out a yell, both in and out of his dream. The dog let out a panicked bark, as Kyle fell, and howled. Kyle hit the ground, hard, but since he was dreaming felt no pain. He let out a whimper, fear flowing from his shivering curled up figure, which lay sleeping. He was in a five walled room. On each wall was a door. Each had a animal carved into it. A bird, surrounded by fire, a lion surrounded by blades, a wolf howling at the moon, a cougar surrounded by guns, and finally, a blue jay, surrounded by... hearts?! Kyle narrowed his eyes, taking a step to the lion. His vision went blank, and he took a surprised step back. Turning, he took a step towards the wolf. Three steps in his vision did the same. Same with all the others. Except for the blue jay. He took wary steps towards it, and made it with no problems. The blue jay began to glow blue. Kyle opened the door slowly, and saw... Zane? Kyle woke up with a yelp of surprise. He still felt tired, and a bit nauseous. Shaking himself he got up. His bed was a complete mess from his rolling around and such.
