Matthew went to get the mail, with a drowsy gait

Alix grabbed the pin and the letter, and flung open the box. Inside, there was nothing of any notice. Uriously, she put her hand inside, and felt the space around her warp as her molecules reorganized somewhere else.

"Huh?" It was a blank void. Pure white. Her feet didn't touch the ground. Before her though, a massive marble school seemed to appear. By pure will, Alix approached, and felt grass beneath her. "No way..."

He opened the box, and curiously set his hand in. After a void, he saw a large building.

"H-hello..?" Matthew called

"Thanks Mr. Miller." The car door shut behind him after he said this and the man in the front seat rolled down the window before answering.
"Tobin you know that if you ever need you shouldn't hesitate to ask." The man said only to get a chuckle from the boy.
"It's alright! I can manage!" But that was far from the truth. He had three jobs already and was barely able to make the payments on apt he crappy apartment he had. But he was happy nonetheless.
"If your sure..." With that the car pulled away leaving the boy alone. Sighing Tobin rubbed his face before making his way up to the home. Upon the doorstep was a box, waiting in the shinning sun. "Oh! Maybe it's from Aunt Sally!" Tossing his bag aside he grabbed he the box up and opened it without reading the letter on top. "Wait...empty?" As his hand touched the bottom of the box he winced. It felt like he was being pulled through a crevice that was way too small. When he opened his eyes again he found that he wasn't in his home anymore but in what looked to be a courtyard. Confused he looked about. "Great...I must have fallen asleep at work again..."

Alix stared at the person who just appeared. "Did you not read the letter?" She wanted to kick him.

Blue heard someone at the door and went to answer it. She saw a box on the porch. She looked up to see a mailman walking away. Interesting. She said quietly.
Blue quickly read the letter then opened the box. She put her hand inside the box then shook her head in disbelief when the environment around her changed to the blank void. Woah.... Cool! She said. She turned her attention to the school. Amazing! She said.
