I figured I'm not the only one who uses Sylestia as a distraction. Nanowrimo is just around the corner. And now we have an outlet to discuss it on our favorite distraction site!

This will be my second year to participate and I'm pumped! What are you doing this year?

I won't be able to participate seriously this year as I will be travelling in November, but I have participated during the last few years. (Though I haven't officially won, since I never enter my novels since everytime I try to enter my novels, I realize I still haven't chosen a title for them, and it disturbs me and distracts me from writing x). Am I the only one who doesn't want to have four novels titled "Untitled" on their NaNoWriMo account?)
I'll probably write more than usual in November and check the NaNoWriMo website regularly anyway. I find some discussions on the NaNoWriMo forum really inspirating!
I still don't know on which novel I should work. Maybe on one of my fantasy or one of my historical novel? I don't knoooow! I have the plots of the Historical Novels but they're more technical to write (I regularly do researches when I'm working on them, it difficult to write a lot and fast when I'm working on them), and the plots of my Fantasy novels are not set, I change them every two weeks x).
I have to many Ideas and projects...

What do you plan to write for NaNoWriMo?

I will try to do another novel... it would be my fourth year, but I have taken breaks in between.

I'm participating this year, too! It's my, oh, I think it's my fifth time participating? I've been doing it every year since 2013, but I've always come short of that 50K goal- hopefully this year will be different!

I've learned from what I did wrong the last few years, and I'm staring out prepared this time- plot outlines, character building, world building! Anything to keep those words coming!

I've been a part of NaNo sine 2005. I've been the area ML since 2006 (though I forgot to renew so I'm just participating now.) I live in one of those unfortunate states that lost power thanks to that windstorm that blew through. I'm at work using our power and wifi. Depending on how long it takes to get back I might be very slow starting (though, I do have a whole week off for vacation starting the 12th so I'm going to try and get as much writing done there as I can (that and working on the festival here.)

Considering Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon come out just after mid month and I'm also on Flight Rising and the last Sunday of this month starts their week festival, yeah, I want to get as much done on vacation as possible.

With that said, I'm just writing fan fiction. Trying to finish the next 12 of my 36 story arc I'm working on. I ran into issues during Camp NaNo 1, but I think I know how to work around it so I get to have the fun of rewriting at least two stories and part of another in order to get back on track >.<
