Starting post.

Shelton led the Meowth up the slope of the snowy peak. The going was rough, made harder by his grumpy companion. Shelton glanced back at him wondering what his life had been like that he so despised humans to the point of insisting that he stay in Pokemon form the entire trip. Not that it made the journey impossible, but being able to take human form would have made it easier to travel between regions. Slowly they reached the top and in a mighty gust of wind Articuno mighty bird legendary of ice alighted in front of them.

Cossette groomed her Alolan Raichu, Mango, whilst humming a quiet song

Melody hummed a slight tune, pulling her feet to her so she was sitting cross-legged. Her eyes were closed, and she let out a slow breath as she thought of something to do. It was a normal day for the young lady, which was something that she wasn't going to let get wasted- it occurred too rarely. One eye opened as she spotted her Ninetails companion, Solar, curl up at her side. She got up, tossing her hair over her shoulder, as she decided to go out into the town and find something interesting to do.

Venus stared at herself in the mirror, tears forming in the corners of her eyes. She was so used to being the little bulbasaur in the Pokemon world with all her friends, it had felt like years since she first entered the Pokemon world, but when she returned it had only been a few weeks. She had snapped out of her trance when a concerned piplup squeaked at her, Venus gave her a smile as she picked up her partner, the tiny penguin wiping the eyes of her trainer's face and they hugged.

"Oh Evie..." Flare said sadly, stroking her pokemon. "If only you'd been there, it's wonderful, the guild was fun, my partner was so friendly, you would've liked her." Evie, Flare's Eevee, just tilted her head. "Of course, I cant understand pokespeak anymore." Flare sighed.

Dustin (Rockruff) and Hummer (Vibrava) glanced at each other and seemed to shrug. Star (Staraptor) and Kelsire (Rowlet) preened themselves as Slick (Sealeo) messed with an Ice cube.

The Alolan Raichu curiously floated over near her. Maango! What are you doing?

Evie looked up and gently headbutted her trainer. "Ee! Eevee!" Flare looked up as well and saw the Alolan Riachu. Flare frowned; Alolan Raichu weren't exactly a common species of pokemon. Evie hopped to the ground as Flare called back her other pokemon.
