The Fire's War
All I hear are swords clashing around me as I battle towards the gate. Little do I know that the battle has already been lost. Fear overcomes me when I see The Fire. That is when I realize all has been lost. No. I whisper to myself. This war has been for nothing. Tears start to form in my eyes as a group of Terrors form around me. They slowly close in as I curl into a ball and wish that my father had let me stay at the farm where I could at least live. That is my last thought before one of the Terrors bite me and I black out.

ONE MONTH BEFORE

I was a sixteen-year-old girl named Autumn Rose just living a normal life on my fathers farm. But it all changed when The Fire came. You see, my father was immensely rich, and rich people can afford buying weapons and other expensive stuff. Little did I know, there was a war going on. While I was living a normal life, there were warriors dying in a battle just outside of my town. Who was fighting this war, you ask? Well, let me just tell you it was a battle of good against evil. A battle of The Fire against The Rebellion. A battle of humans against monsters. This was the battle of winning. If the humans won, the monsters would perish. If the monsters won, the humans would perish.
Ok, back to the story. So, The Fire came. The Fire was basically living fire. When it was red, it was angry. When it was blue, it was sad. And when it was super angry it would burn you. The Fire was on the bad side along with the Terrors, black demons with feathered wings that feed off of fear, the Nighthawks, giant black hawks that are spies for The Fire, and the Shadow. The Shadow was basically The Fires right-hand man, being from The Land of Shadows, and could turn into shadow or substance at any moment, which makes him super hard to defeat.
So, when The Fire came to my father, it meant evil was losing. You see, my father isnt the brightest man, so he joyfully helped the fire in the war. Multiple times I tried to talk sense into him, but he wouldnt listen. Finally, after the tenth time, he understood and tried to pull away from helping The Fire, but it was too late. The Fire took all of his money and left him with nothing. My father thought he needed to help the good side after making the mistake of helping The Fire. Thats why he sent me.
At first, I was a horrible speaker, horrible fighter, and I couldnt even read. But even with a bad start, things can still end up good, and they did. After a lot of training, speeches, and practicing writing, I worked my way up to the top ranks of The Rebellion and soon became the leader.
Then comes the most recent part of my life. At that time, I was about 20 and was a very experienced leader. At that moment, my army was fighting off almost all of The Fire's warriors. So then my right-hand woman came racing into my room where I was signing some very important papers. "We have no hope!" She said. Me, being my positive self, responded with this. "You forget, the rebellion's built on hope." "No, seriously!" She said, "THEY ARE IN THE CASTLE!!!" "What?" I said, confused, "How did they get in?!" "No time for that! Get your sword and run!!" Just when she said that, I heard something crashing up the stairway. I looked out my window and saw hordes of nighthawks flying towards the castle. I felt a surge of bravery as I grabbed my sword and jumped out the window into the moat. I made the jump and floated to the surface of the water. Then I began to fight.
