Ok I am not quite sure if this is the right place to ask but I thought it would be worth a try. My question is what is a regen sylesti?

A regen sylesti is a sylesti that can have it's traits and/or colors changed after a revamp.

Some only have some colors they can regen, while other have all colors.
Trait points are 2=visible and 1=carried.
