:phone crackles and someone on the other side says:

Coolio. Here's the character
Aoi Fumi is a digital JPop star, however, with a real voice behind her. (kinda like Miku Hatsune) Her voice belongs to Chie Shizue. She tries to cover it up, and never sings out loud
