Definitely.
William Scott Alexander Chase Ainley stood on the edge of Platform 9 3/4 with his school trunk. His mother would be wishing him farewell, if she hadn't gotten a call from the Ministry. And when he meant Ministry, he meant his ever-busy father, the Minister of Magic who was pretty much the Ministry himself. The train whistled a warning, pretty much yelling 'get on stupid or you'll be late.' Will sighed and headed for the train, his green prefect badge shining in the warm light.
He started his prefect duties, mostly telling a pair of young first-years off for being too loud, but who could blame them? It was Hogwarts after all.

Will walked out of the train to look for any stragglers. Headmistress McGonagall would never forgive him for leaving anyone behind. He spotted a young girl hurrying towards the train.
"Come along!" he told her, "the trains about to leave!"

Another girl, with fiery red hair, ran up too, a white barn owl perched on her shoulder. She hopped on, out of breath. "Made it!"

"Haven't missed a year yet." She smirked, and hopped into a car with barely enough room for her on it, giving a bunch of other fair skinned kids with Irish accents high fives and them clapping each other on the shoulder. Even when they closed the sliding door to their car, their voices could carry through the corridor. Their owls all flapped at each other in the open space. "Hey Sean, have any new cards?" The late redhead and another boy with black hair exchanged chocolate frogs and cards.
