how exactly do i add them to a post?

you get the image URL (usually ends in .jpg or .png) and put them in IMG tags ( [ img ] [ /img ], without spaces)!

you can either highlight your URL and click the IMG button when making a post, or click the IMG button and paste your URL into the tags

[ img ] http://weknowyourdreams.com/images/dog/dog-06.jpg [ /img ]

remove spaces to get
