My apologies to be the one who has to say it, but that puffadore is not max stat.
Max stat is when the sylesti's base stats (in the brackets) is 100 for strength, dexterity, intelligence and agility and the health is 2000. This puffadores base stats are 22, 32,, 26, 26 and 260.
