Try using the Eggs Around the World site to get views and clicks. Also, the link you gave us is a general one that doesn't go directly to your scroll. You want something like this: https://dragcave.net/user/Kevaar

There are also several other fan-made click sites for free use, which can be found on the Wiki page or on the Dragon Cave forum here. Keep in mind that some require registration, and adding your eggs to too many fansites can result in overviewing. I would recommend adding your scroll to three or four click sites for optimum results.
Aizar has already mentioned Eggs Around the World, and my personal favourites are Valley Sherwood, DragHatch, and The Hatching Club. I don't know about the others, but for these ones you just have to enter your scroll name, check the boxes for whichever eggs or hatchlings you want to add, and press "Update" or "Submit". Some do this automatically.

Not quite sure what you need clarified, so I'll try a few basics. If I don't answer whatever questions you have, just tell me. I've been a member for upwards of three years, so hopefully I can help you out.
By visiting a user's scroll or visiting a site with a dragon's link and image, you are giving it views. Views are necessary for aging up an egg or a hatchling. Unique views are also necessary, but only because you cannot have views without unique views. Clicks essentially just expedite the aging of your dragon, and while they are not necessary for raising your egg or hatchling, they are very useful in speeding it along.
Click sites are basically just fan-made websites created to make collecting views much easier. By adding your scroll, the links and images are placed on the website in a way that allows people to view them just by visiting the site. Therefore, every time a person enters their scroll, they are giving views to every other scroll which has been added.
However, with so much traffic on the click sites, adding your dragons to too many will result in a high number of views in a short amount of time. When this happens, your eggs and hatchlings are at risk of becoming sick. Even if this does happen, you can reverse the sickness simply by hiding your egg from further views. This can be done from the Actions page. Here is a page with more information about dragon sickness.
Looking through my posts, I guess it would seem rather complicated to a beginner. If you want anything clarified, I'll be happy to do so.
