I don't think the playerbase know that information yet. There might be a repetition of themes from previous summer fests, on top of the new themes. Which new themes are chosen will only be known when the fest starts.
Usually there'll be a thread that states all the different themes of that festival, and how they can be obtained. I think it's usually in the general discussion forum. So you can keep an eye out for that when the festival starts.
