HAve not been able to defeat the guy in forever... any tips?

Make sure that you are disabling all of the seals. For each seal that you fail to deactivate, he will have a buff. You want to aim for 0 buffs.

There most likely is a guide or more detailed information somewhere in the Dungeon and Zone Forum or Player Guides Forum that can help you further.

Nobody 'wins', actually. And we won't announce designs that were used for new items.

If we ended up using your design, we'll send you a PM later on asking which items you want, if applicable.
