I have a Regular Sylvorpa Essence I'd be willing to trade for another Essence or sell for 5,000g.

I was also wondering if you could help me figure out how to set up the trade.

Go to your inventory and click on the essence. When you do, click this above the "use item" button.
Type in the username of your customer in the "Recipient" box, and in the CoD Fee type in the amount you want them to pay in return. After that, just press "Send Item."
