I keep searching, and things say that I have to press Q or Manage, but I can't find the manage button and pressing Q doesn't do anything. I really need to use my potions to survive the battle, but nothing's working. I've checked, and only a few things say "can't use in battle," but I have none of my potions available to use, even the ones that don't say that.
Please help?

If you're in Viridian Meadows or Umbra Forest, then the button you have to press to use Elixirs in battle is actually "P." Or, click the little red arrow with your mouse.


When you click it, images of your party will show, and at the bottom of the screen will be a "Use Item" button


Click that, and you should see your elixirs.


Click the one you want and you'll go back to the pet screen, select the pet you want to heal, and the window will close.

As a side note - make sure it's Elixirs you're using and not Potions! :)
