Hi, I have a question about breeding for stats.
I've read a lot of threads on this subject, but none really answered my question.

I know that breeding stronger parents will more likely breed strong kids, but is this only based on base stats?
like, if I have a pet that is high in level, and so has pretty high stats, say an aeridini with a current stat of 365 agiliy, with a base stat of 18. she's now my aeridini with the highest agility, but started out on the lower end.
if I bred her with another of my aeridini's with high current agility but lower base stat agility, would the child be high in the agility stat, or lower?

I guess what I'm asking is, is base stat the only deciding factor in determining the stats of descendants, or will the proficiency point's I've spent and level also be a factor?

It is my understanding that base stats are the deciding factor when it comes to breeding for stats. If, for example, "Mum" had agility of 18 and "Dad" had agility of 100, then offspring would be expected to have agility somewhere between the two.

Parents' levels (and hence the increased "non-base stats" as a result) only appear to have the effect of permitting the offspring to be born at a higher level than 0, but generally only a couple of levels higher.

I appreciate it!
